I usually post in another forum, but thought I would spread my wings a bit. I find that my depression is worsened by my OCD. I start to think about bad things that have happened over and over and over. Then it affects my emotions, and it all ends up in rage or despair. I'm trying to change and am seeing a new therapist. I had a therapist for quite awhile and we ended up not understanding each other much. I am feeling better and feel like I'm coming out of the depression, and I hope that is true. Just need to get all of this out on paper. I become an insomniac and am tired during the day. Anyway, here I am, warts and all.
