what is holding you back from meds? think about it, could it be worse than what you're experiencing now? please keep an open mind and seriously consider it. it could be just what you need.

I hope there would be a way a therapist would be able to fight off those phobias against taking anti depressants. The only way you can find out is by visiting a doctor, otherwise you will not know what can a doctor do for you.

In my case medicines did a miracle and successfully helped me for almost 14 yrs so I am a testament so as many other users whom have taking or are still taking medicines.

Hope this helps.

Thank you...I have had lots of therapy and they all knew about it..I suffer from depression, and anxiety I know I want something that wont make me a zombie and I need to have someone with me when I take it, I live alone. If I feel anything weird or different after I take it I freak out and wont take again. I hate that..my mind is something else. I want to hear meds success stories....I remember when I was first diagnosed they gave me zoloft low dose...I took it for about 3 to 4 days and I thought I heard voices and I stopped taking it..its like I was waiting for something to happen some side effect.
