I made the effort to go to the gym today. I did some assisted pull ups And then jogged for like 25 mts. I felt ok after, not going to say I felt great, but just ok.

Also I enjoyed a great day with my kid. My question is in depression what gives? My approach I have taken ever since I stopped my medications is to face my fears, don't let depressive feelings ruin my routine, such afterwork activities and so on. Also, I try to be very touch and do a variety of activities and counteract depressive mood.

I'm having a lot of bad personal problems in my life right now, wish Icould disclose them all and in times like this I know that it is only natural for a person to become depressed whether if they suffer from the condition or not.

I just wanted to share this with PC and feel free to add anything ok :-)

Hey!! I'm glad you made the effort, give it time, I'm sure after a week or two you will feel the good effect from exercising. I hope all those problems you are having now will go away soon, it will pass, tell yourself this

congratulations on getting out and doing that exercise.... something I really should do more often, so I know what an effort it is. I am sure it must contribute to you being able to cope with depressive stuff...

Good for you for getting to the gym. I've been trying to get there for months. . . haven't made it yet.

It's hard and you did it! Way to go!
