any advice on eating when feeling depressed, not been too bad recently but last week I went 2 days with out a thing to eat, then the stomach pains make me feel depressed haha viscous circle?

Yoghurt and bananas at least. Easy and nutritious I used to snack on graham crackers and peanut butter too.

I like carrot and celery sticks already cut and ready to go in the fridge. Before i leave, I slice up an apple and grab a pickle and maybe a few crackers. Yum, and low cal.

Have you tried protein bars or nutrition supplements (e.g. Boost, Ensure)? That way you don't have to eat much but can still get the nutrients you need.
