I don't know how it is for you guys but I get so depressed in the morning when I wake up and at night. Does anyone know why that is? It is hard to wake up in the morning.

i dont have that problem in the morning, but i do seem to get really depressed at night. its hard for me to get to sleep sometimes because of how depressed i get at night.. so i know how you feel on half of it.. but i havent experienced the morning part yet

i usually am depressed by bedtime and wake up with panic attacks.........yuck.........i don't know why we are affected around bedtime and early a.m. if we had an answer, we'd all be rich!!! xoxox pat

I'm like that at night, too. I'm never up in the morning! I get up around noon and go to bed around 3 am!
But I have no idea why it's the nights and mornings that give us a hard time. It doesn't make sense since all my stuff happened during the day...not at night...
