Ain't doing so well on this end of the spectrum.
Wishing I had the sense to snap out of it. Wishing I could just go away for a long time till my head stopped telling me lies and hurtful truths!! Some sh*it huh, when you head brings out the pain of the truth and then tries to hide it with lies!!! __________________

I wish you wouldn't use the term "snap out of it" as that is such a minimizing term! Depression is a genuine disorder... and there's no such control as that. You are not a bad person for being depressed.
