I keep crying throughout the day. Any time I have a second to think I just cry. Im so sad I miss some people in my life. It just hurts sometimes. I feel so sad sometimes. I think I might need some meds. I don't know. I just can't keep crying.

I just lost an aunt and I am sad she won't be at my wedding. I'm suppose to be happy but I just feel sad. I'm gonna hope tomorrow will be better but today I haven't been able to find anything that makes me feel better. Keep trying (((hugs))) though, they can't hurt.

Meds aren't the worse thing in the world. Maybe they'll help. I've been where you are. I'm glad you posted.

How was your night? I cried for a couple of hours and slept through the night. Right as I go to bed is the worst time for me because everything is silent except my thoughts. If you have been crying for days maybe it is time to see a doctor. Even though I was sad yesterday, with the help of medication it was not a spiraling, uncontrollable sadness that takes over my life. Hope you can get through this.

Thank you. That is kind of how i feel julie. I had a panic attack tonight and realize i am getting worse, so i think i might need meds. i wrote another post, I feel so alone in this. I don't know ...

Sometimes you just need to cry yourself out. Just lay in your bed and sob into a pillow for as long as you need to. Eventually, you'll just feel tired and hopefully ready to start improving your mood. You just need to let yourself be sad before you can be happy.
