tonite at dinner mostly everyone ordered out except for me I was eating just a bit I went to the smoking room like I always do and this guy named Angel starts troubles with me as soon as he called me over I knew he was gonna start he always makes me feel like a peice of nothing the only reason I put up with it is cause he has his uses when he was talking to me I felt like cutting .I told him to leave me be and got my cig. and felt like putting it out on my skin, so instead I put it out completly and came upstairs to cool off. I haven't felt like self injury in a long time I also told the head supervisor about how I 'm feeling she promised if this keeps up I'll go out fot a psych.consult. I just want to hold out on my own.

Hi there. Sorry that guy acted like a jerk, but well done for not self-harming. Could you not tell that guy to give you a break?? Or report him to someone? Seems he does not have an inkling of the word respect. You shouldn't have to put up with such behaviour, regardless of his uses...
