What are your thoughts about it for people suffering from treatment resistant depression. If absolutely nothing is helping you and you are in complete unbearable pain daily should you not be allowed to check out?

hav you read the book the pact? its a book by jodi picoult, fiction, and its about that. its a great book.
personally, i think that its up to the individual. if you want to, then i think that you should be allowed to. imo

define absolutely nothing.
THere is usually something that can save a life. Problem is often in learned helplessness. And shall we kill somebody harmed in this way? Because they've been convince by others that they are "hopeless" and "treatment resistant" in their weak point?
