Anyone else out there get more depressed when the cold weather comes because of the heating bills? I am not working so I try to keep the temperature very low, but then I just stay in bed more because it's cold in the house and I feel like the depression is worse.

Hi live by the sea, money is always a big stressor. For me living up north it's having less daylight that gets me down. I'm in an apartment now but used to rent a big old farmhouse and we had to keep the heat down and I know what that's like feeling too cold to get out of bed.
Thanks for this!

cold weather definitely makes me feel down and out. winter always holds some dark and foreboding times for me. i am out of work as of late, so lots of coats and blankets for me. i wish i could stay in bed all day and live in a dreamland.
