IM So depressed I dont see a point to anything. I often want to die. I have nothing. Im sick of feeling this way but I dont know how to change it. It gets ok for a while but just comes back so I dont know why I even try. Ive been battling with depression and suicidal thoughts for years. Attempted 3 times. I am a self harmed. And I am a recovered anorexic. I want to be healthy and happy but it seems useless. It all falls apart. Theres always something. Im tired and want to give up. Or get help and stay ok for once. Help?!?
