You're definitely not alone. I don't have kids, so I can't tell you I know what it feels like to be separated from them, but I do miss my family so hard it hurts sometimes. There are a lot of people on here I've heard saying they've been separated from their kids, sometimes because of their health, mental or physical. Depression is a real bia, but you're going to have better days. Your kids love you, and you're still there for them and know you love them, and that's more important than anything. Having a good night's sleep should help a lot. :-)
