Hang in there and know that while I can't relate to your physical pain, I am very familiar with the psychological pain, just different disorders.
My skin is dry and itches too, but not like yours does.
So I am offering moral support and lots of peace and love and good happiness stuff to you!
I hopeyou get some relief soon!

Seriously, you can only do what you can do. Be in best health so all you need to do is possible. Sleep if able. Eat if able. Calm is a requirement. Food, water, oxygen, a place to rest. These are essential. Love next. Peace on yourself so that others see the truth of peace. Dont punch, Dont hit. Find safety. Rest. Take an offered hand of help.
