thank you forall the kind words, my mood just seemed to get deeper and deeper i tried talking but it seemed to turn into an argument, it seems really hard sometimes just talking to hubby as he doesnt hear what i want to say and then we argue, this doesnt happen a lot but today seemed worse, hubby depression and my depression seem to be hard work then it felt like i was just snapping at everyone, ended up having another argument i think i was heard but i dont think what i said was what was heard so i called it quits had a cry asked for a cuddle and left it at that hopefully the rest of the day gets better

That you could call it quits and ask for a cuddle is fairly amazing. You have a healthy attitude to leaving things be when there seems to be no other way. I could learn a lesson here from you!!
