It had been 7 years since I had cut myself and I did the other night. I don't really know what to think except its kind of scary that I did again.

Do you know what made you do it? What triggered it? Do you think you'll do it again?

If you know the reason you did it, it might help to keep you from doing it again. Maybe?

Don't berate yourself for that. You will go back to not cutting yourself. You have a long history of not cutting yourself, so you have proven that you are able to pull it off.

Get back on that horse where you left off, hun. I have made it roughly 5 yrs now. I recently hid a blade again. Haven't crossed the line yet, afraid I will.

I't's a struggle for sure but you've already proven you strength, so keep on proving it to yourself. One slip up doesn't make it a failure, only a mistake, a minor set-back if you will.
