I've been in a funk for the last few weeks. They usually pass quickly but this one is holding on. Any ideas. It feels like I'm going to be stuck here forever. Im afraid I'm falling into depression.

It always feels like it's forever, yeah. You need a project, maybe? Painting helps me think of nothing.

I'm sorry you're feeling low. I hate it when I feel like that. Can you think of something you like to do? Do you have any hobbies or play an instrument or anything like that? Would you be interested in working on some sort of "kit" as in making something from a hobby store?

I certainly hope this passes soon, and doesn't go into a full-fledged depression. Try to keep busy, get outside if you can, do something -- anything. I wish you the very best. Please keep us posted on your progress, okay? I'll keep you in my prayers. God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee
