i cant stand feeling like this no more not wanting to go get out of bed just crying and more crying mind is racing just had enough im exhausted just cant fight this no more

I'm sorry you are feeling this way. Is there any reason in particular that you are feeling this way and crying a lot? I haven't been here in a while so forgive me if I'm not aware of info you have already told us....but are u on medicine or doing talk therapy? Do u have some type of support system? Hang in there Hun and sending hugs your way.
