After a few SAD (winter depression) years, I feel quite bad again. I don't feel the complete shutdown and slowness, but I feel like I can't do anything and I'd rather just sleep.

I have a SAD light but I'm also annoyed by strong light. But maybe I'll nest in my small livingroom with it and a mattress (my warmest room). But then I need to clean that room. Ack. Effort.

Anyone else with SAD?

Yep - I'm afflicted with it too. I hate this time of year, especially the holidays. I just about shut down during the holidays, and that's NOT the time to shut down. I can't seem to do anything until January - but I've GOT to.

Somebody light a match under me, will ya? Sheeesh.
