lately i've been confused about what might wrong with me. i've had crazy mood swings, and they really scare me. i'm trying to keep track of my emotions and moods but i'm not sure if i'm depressive or if i have bipolar disorder.

You might want to talk to your doctor about the mood swings and your anxiety about them.

If it is any consulation, I am right there at the breaking point with you...

I'm sorry that you are going thru all that. It's hard when you don't have a doctor or the money for one. I'm just lucky that I get public assistance and so medicaid pays for my doctors and therapy and meds. But I know not everybody has that option. I'm wondering if there is a free clinic in your area that can help you for now?

I agree with the other posters, is there any way you can access a physician at a free clinic or go to an emergency department at a hospital to see a physician? While they may not be very knowledgeable about mental health, they could still steer you in the right direction. Keep posting here an try your best to keep track of your symptoms somewhere, it may prove valuable at a later time.

Hugs to you,
