Say your therapist gives you an assignment and you really know you won't do the assignment, would you still complete the assignment?
What would you say when asked about if you did complete it? |

Depends on how much I'm functioning.
If I'm functioning well I'll complete it out of obligation. Poorly then I won't, and the night before my appointment I'll break down badly about how worthless I am because of not having done it and will lose about as much sleep as it would have taken as to have just done it in meltdown/sobbing fit/unable to control mood/unable to calm down and sleep. I prefer just doing it. |

I will do them out of obligation because if I'm not going to cooperate then what the hell am I paying them for?? There have been a few times that the assignment was something I was completely uncomfortable with and I was honest. I told them I wasn't going to do it, I wasn't ready and they needed to leave that alone for right now.
