Hey i am back. Today wasnt so bad i got off work yestday morning and i went to bed didnt wake until it was time for work. I guess i needed that. so i guess i dont have much to say. other then i guess i had k day. thanks for everyone is helping me though this. have a great day today.

Sometimes we need a whole day of sleep. I don't even work, but there are days when sleeping all day is needed. I don't feel guilty about it either! When the body says "sleep" -- that's what you do!
