That's what the voices want. They want to stay around, and the medications would put an end to their rein.

I think that you need antipsychotics to get rid of the voices. You will feel so much better.

I have psychosis and depression too. My voices are always telling me to quit the meds, for the same reasons. I'm "intentionally traumatizing people (taxpayers) by taking meds". They use guilt in an attempt to stop me. I know better than them though. Anti-psychotics won't always make the voices disappear. It takes a while for any med to work properly. I've been on APs and SSRIs for four months and still get negative voices. Don't ever let your voices control you, especially when it comes to meds.
