Okay, so I've been diagnosed with early psychosis, but I believe I have psychotic depression. When I was telling the psychiatrist about what was going on I mentioned nothing about how depressed I was/am. I've been researching psychotic depression and I have all the symptoms, I think I should talk to the psychiatrist again? Because I truly believe I have psychotic depression rather than early psychosis. Should I??

I think you should definitely talk to the psychiatrist again.

Absolutely. Present the full range of your symptoms even if they do not seem related to your main problem(s).

I think when doctors diagnose someone with early psychosis or psychosis NOS, they only do so with the plan to rule out causes - depression, bipolar, PTSD, etc. After some time with your psychiatrist your diagnosis may change.
Thanks for this!

Be completely honest. Even if your diagnosis doesn't change ultimately, you defs don't want to be depressed on top of it.

I agree that you should bring it up--it couldn't hurt.
