Always wonder why I joined threes ago the the day after Christmas. Like what was going on in my head at the time, Than I wonder have i change in the last three years. For the longest time this time of year i wonder why i was always sad. Until I saw my psych dr She ask me questions that said well my dear you have sad I said i know that. Than she told me what it was I said your probably right i came home goole yet clear as day. It ok to hear want you have to finally understand you.

If I understand correctly, it took some time before you learned you had Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), yes?
