anger and frustration building up....ive been really mean to ppl and i love it..... ppl say im mean and stuff but what can i do i have a nager problem and when ppl %#@&#! me off i just tell them what i think.... and it doesnt seem that t is helping me....

Sounds to me like you need to set some clear goals with your therapist, and to work on your anger as a priority. If this therapist isn't helping... find another one.

People do get hurt by mean comments frustration building and releasing The relief you gain will only be temporary and you will certainly lose friends... and I would think you will lose self esteem too frustration building and releasing

have you and your T talked about making dealing with the anger a priority? It is a slow process to changed habits but it is worth working on
