Ive been diagnosed with a borderline personality disorder, a dysthymia disorder. have trouble maintaining friendships and relationships. as a child I was physically and mentally abused by my father. he would choke me and throw me across the room calling me retarded. I had a learning disability. he would lecture me about how lazy i was because I took longer to learn things that my sisters learned. He compared me to them and the neighbors and my cousins.
If I said anything in my defense he backhanded me . Im here to try to cope with the past and want to meet people I would like to have a girlfririend one who doesnt take advantage of my like my previous relationships. looking for help thanks |

I think there are two ways that will help you. In one way you can forget about the past. There are many ways to forgets things. Everyone forgets differently. If you want to know how to forget, I can reply with a few ways.
The other way is you can forgive the past. When you forgive something, it too is a way of forgetting. But forgiving is better than forgetting because you can learn and become a stronger person from the past. If you think forgiving the past is too much to handle than don't worry about the past right now. You are no longer there. You are here now. And I'm here talking to you. |
