I feel so out of control of my life. Nothing makes sense to me anymore. Seems I can't do anything right and if by chance I do things still turn out wrong. Tired of this whole mess. Who knows may be tomorrow will be worse.

Hearing you... knowing how you feel. Then again, tomorrow might be better. Won't know till it happens, hey?

It's almost as if negative events have their own magnetism that attracts other negatives.

And GreyThinker is also correct. Things can change, even if we feel powerless.

May you find some even tiny sense of control.

I know its hard ray but try to think positive. I read somewhere once that it takes 5 positive statements to counter effect one negative. Also, pay close attention to what is causing the negatives. That's the area you need to work on. It takes time and the effects aren't immediate but you can begin now, today.

Sometimes bad things do keep happening but good things happen as well. You can try to prepare for the bad things but also prepare for the good things so you don't miss them when they show up. At least, that's what I try to do.
