I'm here again, on the dark side, dealing with depression and anxiety, I feel stupid, worthless, hopeless and trapped. Had 1 level week then right back down, can't see anything ever getting better only worse. Wish I didn't feel so out of control don't know what to do

Hello, Grey Mouse. Times like these I'm not able to effectively reason with myself. What has helped you get through similar episodes in the past?

Hi Grey Mouse,

Remember that you had one balanced week, which suggests to me you can others too. When I started on my new meds in the fall, I had a few days that were easier, that turned into a week out of three, which turned into 1 out of 2, etc. I just strung 3 weeks in a row, and I never even thought I'd get a day.

Hugs to you,

RJ
Thanks for this!
