I don't really know what's wrong but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed right now. I'm not going to do anything dangerous but I feel a million emotions at once and it's just really uncomfortable right now. Does anyone know what is going on?

Sometimes just life can become too much. I have definitely been there before. Just try to take it easy if you can - try to focus on activities that can help you calm down and relax. Try to have some fun or take a break if that is what you need.

If there is no specific reason for the feelings it can and will pass.

You need to chill out with something you enjoy. It sounds like your body is responding to perceived stress. Music, watching DVD movies, reading, exercise and games are some activities that can relieve stress, relax you to diminish what you are feeling.

Thanks for all the help. I'm dealing with an addiction and I guess I'm having problems coping... Hopefully this won't happen again.

Did you tell your case manager or doc or counsellor about it ?

There is an Addition sub forum in the forum, may be you can take a look.

I haven't told anyone about it. This is the first time it's ever happened to me. I felt better after I got some sleep though.
