I slept for 2 hours in the afternoon and then felt so guilty about wasting my afternoon. Have done nothing except sulk all afternoon. Had a session with my therapist, which made me feel even more down. Was a hard session... (first one with a new T)... feel lost... feel like I'm wasting my life away.... Hate that when I mention how I feel to someone, they put on their pity voice - better not to say anything, to just retreat into silence...

no one here has pity voices.........and if you do think you hear pity here, ignore it.......

i suggest that you write down what bothers you most...then write down what is positive. AND the positive might only be that you're breathing or that you have a roof over your head.......try it and let me know how it goes. we're here for you. xoxoxo pat

The only positive is that I have 2 cute cats... and I do love a few pple - family and some friends, but I feel very far removed from everyone now - live far from family and close friends and don't want to bother them or make them worry too much... Can't see anything else that's good right now. Feel too much anguish to see the good...

No pity from me, but I can understand where you're coming from a bit.

I know its hard (and I had this retold to me yesterday) but you're NOT being a bother or making people worry... if they ask you how you are, they care enough about you to listen and try and help.

It is easier to just hide away and not talk ... I definetely hear you there. I'm just trying to come out of that mindset, and its an uphill battle.

I know its hard living away from family and friends, and I know its not a replacement ... but call them. Chances are that they'll be glad to hear from you. Because they care.

**hugs** and please keep "talking" here if it helps, and always feel free to PM me, okay?

PS. Cute animals are definetely a positive.
