Believe it or not, I tend to get very depressed in the spring and summer. I tend to like the winter months the most. I know that sounds weird, but that's me. I don't like the heat and long daylights. Last year, I had a very bad time in the spring. I hope when spring comes around this time, I will not get triggers of last year.

Ive always been more of a summery person but I dont like getting so hot and tired from the heat either. Mid 60's to 70's is about right for me. Where I live we have far more sun than clouds so I like that a lot.

I love summer except for the heat. In the summer I can get on my bike and ride the nature trail nearby. The scenery is great, it's along a river and you see a lot of wildlife too. Last summer I saw a fox for the first time. I saw a lot of pheasants too. It's really relaxing to be out in nature. I like to just sit on a bench and stare at the river, sky, clouds and just breathe. I miss it so much. I also like to bring my daughter to the park, it's a great stress reliever just to be outside.
I don't like extreme heat though, I hate to sweat in public, it causes me more anxiety than I already have. |
