After 7 years of not understanding why this all started (the depression I mean) I finally have an idea of what it's from...

I have felt very powerless in everything that I do. Meaning, change is being prevented due to not feeling as if I could change.

Only downfall, I'm very anxious about this, with good reason.

Understanding why you feel the way you do is a huge step towards making things better. Don't forget that you have everyone here behind you. A success story would be wonderful!
