I know how it feels to be feeling low. It is a terrible feeling. My advice is to do something energizing, like going for a walk or a run, or take some time to do breathing exercises. Also, try to think of something positive, or something that you are working towards in the future. I hope you feel better, and I am always here to talk if you need anything. I know how terrible days can be when you are feeling low. Just try to keep your head up, because time will pass and you will pull through it.
