You keep swimming and when you get to the shore, there is an added bonus because you get to find out how tough and special you really are. Today, you don't know, or believe, you have the strength, but you are so much more than you can imagine. Keep swimming, every lake has a shore.

Thank you almostangela and esther for caring enough to reply. Seeing it is the first time I actually ask for support, your posts are much appreciated.

Angela: Shore is quite distant and not at all in sight.

Esther: There is typically no one in sight when you need 'em.

Gosh, i better stop now before being even more pathetic. Thanks again.

Oh my ... I wish I had advice for this one ... but I don't! I only know that I hang on somehow, and I have yet to discover exactly how!

Yes, I did notice that this is the first time that you have actually reached out for support .... well done .. this is a wonderful achievement.

Sending you a life raft and many strengthening thoughts.

you keep swimming and you will find you have more strength than you thought. Sometimes treading water is all you can do...... It's a great achievement that you reached out for help here!
(I had also noticed that this was maybe hard for you.....I am the same way in a new place)

We are here for you,
Take care,
Fuzzy

Many thanks Fuzzy. Sometimes one runs out of steam though. Treading/gulping water takes energy, and for what i wonder...

(You are right, it is difficult for me. Long story...)

Thanks v much Sky. I was wondering if there were any
(efficient) coping strategies out there. So again, your input is appreciated.
