Physical weakness is a commonly known symptom of depression. But being physically weak and feeling tired, not being able to do all that you want to do, is itself depressing. So my question is what's most likely to be the cause? Depression causing physical weakness or physical weakness causing depression?
It's just a general question, you may know about. So any knowledge or view shared will be appreciated.

Depression is the cause for me. When I'm less depressed, I have more energy. When I'm really depressed, I have none, and I don't care.

The same here. The more depressed I am, the less energy I have. So in my book, the depression causes the lack of energy. Just my opinion.

Take care!
