I hate that! I'm bored out of my mind, but I feel too depressed to do anything about it. I HATE FEELING THAT WAY!!!!!!!!!!

If you liked that feeling, there would be something seriously wrong with you. I do understand that feeling. There are things I'd like to do, but can't get the energy to do them. Not knowing how long the feeling is going to last doesn't help. All you can do is just do the best you can and try not to beat yourself up about what you can't do.

In my travels with depression bored was a good thing. There were times all I did was lay in bed for weeks, sit for hours, not wanting to do anything at all. So if you are bored try writting down what you would like to get done. To start with this list may only have 1 thing on it. This makes it easy to decide what to do. As you go on you can add more items to the list.

great idea, alaskan. im dealing with depression and feeling very bored myself. i will try your tip with a small list. i like the idea of one item. no obesessing over what to do next.
