...about depression, it sure makes you tired. I'm sure the same can be said about other MI's, also. One thing that makes me tired, is that when I am out and about, like at the library, or one of the thrift stores I volunteer at, or shopping, I always "know" people are looking at me, judging me, stalking me, waiting to start a fight with me, etc. I mean, in reality, I know it's just me, but I always feel that way, and I get nervous, then it really makes me tired.

Hi, shortandcute. I was surprised and relieved to find out that paranoia is also a symptom of depression. There were so many symptoms--what I thought were personality traits--that are part of the disease. Perhaps you need a change of med. Finding the right ones for me took a long time and a lot of experimentation. Knowing the ways depression and anxiety disorder manifest themselves helps to objectify them and makes it a little easier to cut oneself some slack.
