So, I'm heading back to therapy and in the process of finding a new primary care Dr. So anxious yesterday when I called the people who can help. That wasn't much fun but got two more support people. The mental health nurse I spoke with thinks cbt is what would benefit me most. I just hope its better than the last therapist who didn't guide or have me work on anything she just wanted me to talk. Fingers crossed.

Hello, Tigersassy! This is a time of changes (plural) for you: new primary care doc and restarting therapy.
