Hi everyone,

maybe a bit strange to do - but there's a movie that I watched on Hulu about a woman's journey through depression. Thought I'd mention it here in case it's of interest to anyone.

Watch Helen online | Free | Hulu

The movie is "Helen" with Ashley Judd.

I know maybe it sounds strange that a severely depressed person (like me) might watch a movie on depression, but it was really good!
Thanks for this!

I watched it too. I don't think it's strange that you watched. Ashley Judd has battled depression. If she could handle a part that must have brought up bad memories then I think we should be able to watch it.

Hi, Sabra, hi George,

yeah, I thought it was a fantastic movie. I didn't realize that Ashley Judd battled with depression in "real" life. That makes it even more amazing.

Sabra, thanks for asking, I'm not doing great, another day feeling hopeless and upset, but that's how it is every day. How are you?

Enjoy the movie, glad you could order it thru your library.

Grace

I didn't know that until I read she was considering running for US Senator from Kentucky and that her opponent was planning to use that against her. Very interesting woman is Ashley Judd.
