Darn this stuff. If it's not one thing, it's another. It wears me down. I just feel so oppressed that after a while I get suicidal again just to get rid of the pain. I just asked the RCMP to call my ex and I sent him a registered letter, acting on the advice of my psychologist, asking him to please leave me alone. He's just like this disease called mental illness. He picks and picks just enough to keep me on edge all the time. I'm so sad. Will someone send me a hug?
 to all and especially to you if you really need one and who doesn't need a hug?
