\I can't be here. It does my head in, I feel totally invalidated as a person and and in a lot of pain (so wha'ts new) But now I just can't do it. I have to respect myself even when other fail to.

I can't edit my previous post but wanted to add that I didn't mean to sound as if I didn't respect your wishes if you didn't want to be here anymore. Sorry if what I was saying came across the right way. I don't seem to be able to manage to put words together very well.

hA!!! Like sharing with newbies can take anything from what I have for you??? NOT!
I'm sorry you are so distressd bear!!!! Yes, good self care is highly important!!!The site is going through some more growing pains, plus we do have some upsets onsite, as all have seen.. and it's much easier to hide (have been doing some of that myself  )..... you need to hide, tis ok.... but you will be able to return imo, because you are growing and progressing so well... sometimes though, you need to sit on that plateau (me too!) IF you aren't around every other day or so, can you pick a day each week when you "check in?"
