I had been making some progress with my depression and anxiety...but I had a couple of days off my AD (Lexapro) since I had to see my doc to get it refilled. My mind has been going nuts the past few days. Finally I got it today, but I am still reeling. Hope this isn't a trigger...Once in a while I get these bad thoughts. I was playing with my cat, lying on the floor, and thought that if I die, no one would know, and no one would find me for a few days...it really made me sad to think no one contacts me or is around, I just started to cry...just had to get this off my chest and tell "someone" before I tell my therapist later in the week...thanks for reading

Wasn't there a partner check up/check in proposal here a while back? I may have misinterpreted that thread title...didn't actually read the thread.
