i havent posted for a while i have been up and down... it mostly my fault for my ups and downs.... for i had stopped taking my meds for like 3 weeks...... ive recently started taking them again and have been doing better..... i havent been feeling depressed in a long time but my moods have been really out of control...... feel like hurting someone most of the time.... bipolar really sucks..... plus the med that they had me on made me gain 32 pounds in like 2 months.... and that not like me to gain weight...... plus it made my prolactin level go up to 95..and it supposed to range from 2-17 ...... ive stopped cutting myself and thinking about hurting myself...... if i could just get my moods under control i would feel ok...... blah

Oopsy I forgot to add: don't beat yourself over the head about stopping the meds. The important thing is that you're back on them now and doing better. update
