because my family was split after my mum died i dont know much about my mum, we strugled at an aunts for a while then we all stayed at seperate homes of relations and each relation did there best for us but with there own problems i wasnt told about my mum, i was 4 when she died and after speaking to a councillour it has been sugested that i find out more about my mum, so i wrote a letter to my dads brothers ex wife who has just phoned me to tell me that she will help were possible, not knowing things she explained she was my god mother and she was over ruled when she tried to have any say in my upbringing by my dads sister, she also told me i was there when my mum died they moved me out of the way quickly, and when i mentioned that dad never spoke about mum she told me he didnt treat my mum the best and when she died it was his way of blocking out what he couldnt put right, so should we open up the past does it help to understand what we are about,
i have agreed to go for a cup of tea and collect some photos the 3 sep the day before my next councilling session
