i'm having trouble this week. I'm feeling trapped, but am afraid to leave my house. I'm feeling stressed but really don't have anything to be stressed about. I can't sleep, i'm barely eating but i don't have reasons to feel like this.

i'm exhaused and have no reason to be, i've slept all day.

Anybody ever feel like this?

yep, after awhile you feel better. It also speeds it up if you find a way to cheer things up like finding a cool site or person on a site, learning something new or having fun on a game (like winning another scenario in Roller Coaster Tycoon!)

Sorry to hear that you're feeling so badly. I can't even begin to imagine what that is like. I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Sammi,
Yes, I've been there. I couldn't even get out of bed and although I was in bed all the time, I was still so tired because I couldn't sleep.
