So I'm about to go to my work for a meeting to discuss my attendance. They have been really supportive since with went off in feb but I don't know how long their patience will last. Legally I can be off for as long as I need and I have the support of docs etc. it's mainly that one of my main problems at the moment because of my depression and anxiety involves dealing with people. I'm ok at home but fall apart when I see other people I know and I don't know how I'm going to get through this. I feel sick.

Thanks for that.
As with many things it wasn't as bad as I had imagined. I only had to talk to one person and she was really supportive. I can take as much time as I need and I will get a phased return when I do go back. They've even offered the possibility of going part time in the future if that's what I want. It's a huge relief as I now know I have at least until the end of summer before I have to deal with this so I will have time to get better hopefully. X

I bet you are so relieved, I know how you feel. That happened to me a few weeks ago and like you they were very happy to support me which I was. Now maybe you can take the time that you need to get better, Best wishes to you.
