They may miss you, but people do move on. Most gravitate away from people with depression and other emotional illness if it goes on long enough. It becomes like living in a bubble. You can see everyone on the outside having fun, getting together, but you are caught inside the depression bubble and are not heard or seen.

If you are in therapy, that is a good subject to go into. Losing friends is very traumatic, especially if it was over something that was out of your control. Isolation is a big problem in depression.
