 I should be able to cry, I should be able to feel SOMETHING. Being cut off from my emotions, so tired just want to hide away and forget...    Insignificant unimportant not worthy going to stop inflicting myself on others now.

Sometimes the ache for an understnading hug and being held is very powerful. Please keep trying to do what you can to get those needs met. It was an incredibly difficult thing for me to learn. Maybe someday I will post about it.

I've been trying not to post lately since I'm not in a great mindset but wanted to thank everyone for your support - it really means a lot! Restarted counselling today so hopefully my mood will be better sooner rather than later.
