-I have trouble "getting into" things..

-Trouble focusing or holding focus

-I dont enjoy many things.. just simple 'easy' things, things that don't require much effort..

I don't know, i'm confused about why these things are happening..

Hi ~ I think your "user name" says it all. You sound like you're VERY depressed. Have you gone to the Depression forum? If not, I suggest that you do, and post there.

Talk to the people in the Depression forum. The people there are very supportive, friendly, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to help. You won't regret posting there, and I'm sure you'll even make a couple of friends there. It's a great place and people DO understand what you're going thru because they've been there themselves.

So give it a try, okay? I hope we hear more from you. I know how you're feeling too, cause I also have been there. It's no fun. God bless and please take care. Hugs, Lee

Im sorry but this can be just about anything. for example if you google these symptoms you will get well over a million normal, mental and medical issues this can be.

here at psych central we are not allowed to diagnose each others problems. it is you that must tell us what your symptoms are... to do that you will need to contact your own treatment providers or a medical/mental health provider in your off line location..

they will be able to talk with you and do tests if necessary and tell you what these symptoms are with in you.
