Does anyone else feel like they have a fuzzy head, like you're observing your life rather than living it?

Yes I sometimes do, although for me I think it's partially related to my ADHD. It's such a weird feeling. I am starting to find out though regular exercise and eating/drinking helps sooo much.

I feel this way very often . At times when you just suddenly realize it , it gives a feeling of complete hopeless void .

It's like being locked in an old barn and seeing movement through the gaps in the boards. I know my life is just outside, but i can't figure out the lock.

I've had that feeling before. It is a difficult one to push through. Like you just want to be slapped so you can come back to reality.

One was med induced. I was overmedicated and on a med that was very wrong for me. I felt like I was in a dream all the time while I was awake. I felt like if I reached out to touch something, my hand would go through it.
The other was just my depression. I was inside, looking out on a world that was colorless and I couldn't participate in.
